Shanti Hotel

Shanti Hotel is located in Chinchwad, right at KSB Chowk. If you know this area, you know it’s mostly about the factories and the industrial work. We are at D-11 P No 65. Most of our customers are the people who work in the nearby plants. They come in for lunch or a quick tea break. The air around here is heavy with the smell of industry and the sound of machines. It’s not a touristy spot at all. We have been here for a good while now, serving the local workers. The place is pretty basic. We have tables that have seen a lot of use and a kitchen that stays busy during the shift changes. We don’t have a marketing strategy. We just open up, cook the food, and serve the people who walk in. Managing the place is a lot of routine. We check the supplies, make sure the stove is working, and deal with the accounts. It’s a straightforward life. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when the lunch whistle blows and everyone arrives at the same time. We just try to keep the queue moving. It’s not about being the best or anything like that; it’s just about being here for the people who need a meal in Chinchwad. We are just a small part of the industrial landscape here. My family has been doing this for a while.
