Shantaram Dairy

Shantaram Dairy has been on Dhole Patil Road for a good while. We are right there at Bund Garden Road 6, basically right across from the Reliance Fresh. It is a very busy spot most of the time. People come in and out all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded on the sidewalk, but we manage to get by. We handle the milk and all the other dairy stuff every morning. The delivery trucks usually come in very early when it is still dark out. You get used to the noise after a few months. It is not a big corporate thing, just a regular shop where people stop by for what they need. We see the same faces every day, which is actually pretty nice. Some of the neighbors have been coming here since they were just kids. We try to keep things simple around here. The shop is not fancy at all. We have our counters and the cooling units and that is pretty much about it. Dealing with fresh stuff means we do not have much downtime during the day. If you are walking down Dhole Patil Road, you will see us there. It is a handy location since everyone is already over at the grocery store anyway. We just keep the doors open and do our work. Nothing too complicated about how we run things. We have stayed in this same spot because it feels like home now. The area has changed, but we are still here.
