Our place is in Thorat Colony, which is over in Erandawane. We are in the Dattatray Apartments, specifically Flat 102. It is on the first floor, so we don't have to use the lift much. Erandawane is a very traditional part of Pune, and it feels very lived-in. There are a lot of schools and small shops around us. We handle the hotel business from this flat. It’s not a fancy glass building, just a regular apartment where we set up our desks. Sometimes you can hear the kids playing in the colony or the vegetable sellers calling out on the street. It makes it feel like we are part of the real world, not just some corporate bubble. We have been working out of this spot for a while. The rooms are a bit small but we make it work. We have all our files and records stored here. Most of our team lives nearby, so we just walk or take a scooter to get in. Shanaya Hotels is just us working hard to manage everything. The address is Survey No 109/110. It is a simple setup. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep up with all the guest requests and maintenance issues. It is just a local business doing its thing in a quiet corner of Pune 411004. Nothing more to it than just getting the work done every morning.
