Shakil Motor Driving School

Shakil Motor Driving School is located on Krishna Nagar Main Road in Chinchwad East, Pune. We are right by Himanshu Tyres, which is an easy place for people to find. We have been here for many years. We use standard cars to teach people how to drive. Most of our time is spent on the road. We start the learners in the quieter parts of Chinchwad before we take them onto the busier roads. Pune has gotten much busier lately, so it takes more time to get comfortable behind the wheel. We have a small space where we sit and talk to new students. It’s not a fancy office. There are some old maps on the wall and a calendar. My family helps me run the place. We don't use any complicated systems for bookings, just a notebook. We try to be patient with everyone. Some people find the clutch very tricky, especially on the hills around here. We just practice it until they get it right. It’s a practical job. We aren't trying to be the biggest school in the city. We just want to make sure the people we teach are safe on the road. Most of our business comes from people recommending us to their cousins or friends. We like it that way. It’s a steady routine for us and we enjoy meeting different people every day.
