Shailsuta Infra Private Limited has its home in Shaniwar Peth, right in the heart of the old city area. We’re in Flat No. 106 of Sai-Venkatesh Heightspatan Colony. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you don’t know the lanes, but it’s a great area with a lot of character. Our office is a modest space where we handle all the back-end work for our infrastructure projects. It’s usually pretty quiet inside, except for the sound of the keyboard tapping or someone on the phone negotiating with a supplier for steel or gravel. We have a small balcony where we sometimes take a break to look out at the rooftops of the colony. The office is filled with the usual stuff—shelves of files, a computer that’s a bit slow, and a few chairs for visitors that aren't the most comfortable but do the job. We don’t have a big reception desk or fancy logos on the wall. We just have our work and our plans. Most of our days are spent coordinating with teams on-site and making sure the supplies are going where they need to go. Shaniwar Peth has a certain energy to it, and we feel right at home in this little corner of Patan Colony. It’s just a group of us trying to build things properly and making sure the business keeps moving forward without making a big fuss about it.
