Shahu Engineering

Shahu Engineering is situated right by the Vitthal Mandir on the Pune Alandi Road. Our workspace is part of the Dutta Gaikwad Nivas in the Dighi area. It’s a local neighborhood, so you hear the sounds of the temple and the people passing by on the main road all day. We are pretty much a small-scale engineering shop. We do most of our work right here on the premises. The building is a typical local structure, and we have lived and worked in this area for quite some time. The Alandi Road is always busy with people traveling back and forth, but inside our shop, we just focus on whatever job is on the bench that day. We handle a variety of repair and fabrication tasks. It’s not a fancy setup with lots of computers or anything. It’s more about the lathes, the drills, and the hand tools. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the parts lying around, but we know where everything is. We don't really do much in the way of advertising; people usually just find us because they live nearby or they’ve seen the sign while walking to the Mandir. We try to keep things simple and just get the work done as it comes in. It is a very down-to-earth kind of place where we just focus on the mechanical work and making sure we finish what we started before the day ends.
