Shah Group

Shah Group has its office at 118/1/8, Shri Samartha Apartment. We are right across from the Ekta Mitra Mandal in Raikar Nagar, which is part of the Dhairy area in Pune. The office is on the ground floor, so it’s easy for people to just wander in when they have questions about property or local projects. It’s a busy part of Pune-411041, and there is always some construction or activity happening nearby. Inside, we have a few desks, some maps of the local plots pinned to the walls, and a lot of registers. We aren't a big corporate firm with suit-wearing agents; we’re just local people who know this side of town very well. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting with people who live in the surrounding apartments. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a break from the paperwork. The floor is a bit dusty from the road outside, and the chairs are starting to show their age. We’ve been based in Samartha Apartment for years now, so we’ve seen how much Dhairy has changed over time. We just keep doing our bit, managing the records and talking to the neighbors about what’s being built next. It’s a plain, hardworking office where we try to keep things organized despite the constant phone calls and visitors. We just focus on what's right in front of us.
