SERENUS HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED

Our setup for Serenus Hospitality Private Limited is located at 76/21, Susmriti, in the Shantishila Housing Society. This is right on Law College Road in Erandwane, Pune. It’s a pretty well-known part of the city, quite leafy and quiet compared to the main roads. We’ve been running this hospitality business from here for a bit now. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. We are just a group of people who wanted to provide a more personal touch to how guests are treated. The office is basically part of the society, so it feels very much like a home. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or a big reception desk. We just have our desks, our phones, and a lot of coffee. We spend most of our time coordinating with different properties and making sure the staff there knows what they are doing. Pune has changed a lot lately, but Erandwane still feels like the old Pune we grew up in. We try to keep that spirit in our work. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in Maharashtra. We just want to make sure the few places we look after are run properly. We do all the work ourselves, from checking the laundry to paying the bills. It’s a lot of small details, but someone has to do them and we don't mind the hard work. We've been here for years and we know this neighborhood like the back of our hands.
