Seasor Palace

You can find Seasor Palace right on Jm Road in the Deccan Gymkhana area. We are located quite close to the Hp Petrol Pump, which is a good landmark if you are visiting for the first time. The shop has been here in Pune 411004 for a while. It’s a busy street outside, always full of traffic and people walking by. Inside, it’s a bit calmer, though we usually have some music playing or the news on. We have several chairs set up for haircuts and shaving. Most of our day is spent with scissors and combs in hand. The floor gets covered in hair pretty quickly, so we are always sweeping. It’s a simple setup, nothing like those modern high-end places. We prefer it this way. Our customers are mostly folks who live nearby or work in the offices around Deccan. We see a lot of students too, since there are colleges in the vicinity. Some days are slow, and we just sit and watch the cars go by on Jm Road. Other days, like Sundays, there is a queue out the door. We don't really do appointments; people just walk in and wait their turn on the bench. We try to keep things moving. It is a humble place where you can get a decent cut without any fuss. We have our tools and our mirrors, and that's about all we need to get through the day.
