Our building is Trinity Court, and we are situated right across from South Main Road in Koregaon Park. The pin code here is 411001. Koregaon Park is a well-known area in Pune, and it’s usually quite busy with people walking around and cars looking for parking. We operate as a service apartment hotel, which means we see people staying for a night or sometimes for a few weeks. It’s a bit different from a standard hotel because people actually live here for a bit. We spend a lot of time making sure the rooms in Trinity Court are tidy and that the water is running right. It’s a lot of maintenance work, to be honest. We aren't a big chain with a polished manual for everything. If a lightbulb goes out or someone needs an extra towel, one of us just goes and takes care of it. Being opposite South Main Road means we are right in the thick of things.
