Sealtech Engineers

Sealtech Engineers is based in the D-2 Block of the M.I.D.C. in Chinchwad. Our address is 29/5, and we have been in this industrial hub for quite a while now. Since we are in Pune, there is never a shortage of engineering work happening all around us. We focus on making mechanical seals and other small parts for machines. It is the kind of work that requires a lot of attention because the measurements have to be just right. I usually start my morning by checking the lathes and seeing what the guys have on their schedule for the day. Most of our workers are local people from around Pimpri and Chinchwad. We are not a big company with a lot of different departments. If something goes wrong or someone has a question, we just talk about it over our lunch break. The canteen nearby serves decent food, so that is where we usually end up. Power cuts happen sometimes, and we just have to sit and wait for the generator to start up so we can finish the work. That is just part of running a shop in this area. We don't bother with much marketing because most of our customers hear about us from someone else. It is a steady way to make a living and we take a bit of pride in finishing the parts properly before they leave the shop.
