Our little office is tucked away in Budhwar Peth, right behind the old Poona Guest House. If you know Pune City, you know how crowded and lively Laxmi Road can be. We are in Room 101. It’s an old part of the city, which gives the place some character, even if the parking is a total disaster most days. We focus on building and construction work under the name Scenora Buildcon. It is mostly just us handling the day-to-day grind of permits, site visits, and talking to clients who want to get things moving. There is nothing corporate about the way we run things. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the latest projects over a messy desk. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the hustle and bustle of the street outside all day long. It keeps us feeling connected to the city. Sometimes it feels like there aren't enough hours in the day to finish everything, but we do what we can. We are just a local LLP trying to make a living in the construction world. Most of our guys have been around the block a few times and know how to handle the challenges that come up on a site. We don’t use big words or make empty promises. We just tell people what we can do and then go out and try to do it.
