You can find S.B. Kale Projects over at World of Mother in Pune. Our spot is shop E102, which sits in the SNo. 171/B area. While the building name sounds a bit unusual, it serves us well for our project work. A lot of our time goes into construction and development around the city. Because Pune is growing so fast, we are constantly trying to keep up with what people need. Inside the office, things look a bit chaotic with blueprints rolled in corners and random cement samples on the floor. Nobody wears a suit here. Usually, we are in work clothes because we are either heading to a site or just getting back from one. Handling the gritty details of project management is what we do. This means talking to workers, sorting out permits, and watching the budget so it doesn't spiral. The pressure gets high sometimes. On bad days, nothing goes right and we spend hours on the phone fixing mistakes. But when a project wraps up and looks like it should, the feeling is good. Having been in this business for years, we understand the local rules and the people. We just focus on the task, finish it, and head home to our families once the sun goes down. It's a busy life, but it works for us and the crew we have here. We're just a group of people doing our job in a fast-moving city.
