We’ve been around the Baner area for a while now. Most people know us from our office at Sr No.134/56. Saykar Real Estate Private Limited isn't some giant corporation with fancy slogans. It's just us doing what we do every day. Pune is growing so fast, and Baner has changed quite a bit since we started. We mostly deal with the day-to-day work of real estate here. Sometimes the office gets a bit busy, and the paperwork piles up, but that’s just how it goes when you’re actually working. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or big advertisements. We just focus on the properties around our local neighborhood. If you walk past our place, you might see us chatting with neighbors or looking over plans. It’s a straightforward business. We know the streets here pretty well. It’s not always easy keeping up with all the new developments popping up everywhere in Pune, but we try our best to stay on top of things. People ask us about land or flats, and we tell them what we know. There's no script or sales pitch. Just honest talk about what’s available. Sometimes the traffic outside the office is a nightmare, but that’s Baner for you these days. We’re just regular folks working in the property market. Nothing more, nothing less. We keep things simple because that's what works for us and the people who come in. We've seen buildings go up where there used to be nothing, and it’s interesting being part of that change.
