Some days are spent entirely on the phone, and other days we are buried in ledgers and schedules. We’ve been operating from this Pune location for a while. It’s a no-frills kind of place. We just focus on keeping the gears turning for the hotels. There isn't any fancy decor or expensive furniture here, just the stuff we need to do our jobs. It’s a straightforward way to run the back-end of a hospitality company, and we like being part of the local community here in the Peth.
