Sawji Hotel Private Limited is located in Flat Number H-701, inside the Tanish Orchid building. This is at Survey Number 490/1/2 in the Haveli area of Pimpri Chinchwad. It’s part of the bigger Pune metropolitan region. We run our operations from this residential complex. It’s a quiet place, which helps when we have to deal with all the paperwork side of the hotel. People often think a hotel business is all about the lobby and the rooms, but there is a lot of back-office stuff that happens in a flat like this. We’ve been in Pimpri Chinchwad for a while now, and we’ve seen how much it has grown. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us who have known each other for years. We don't use any big corporate language because that’s just not who we are. We focus on the Sawji style of cooking and serving guests, which is very specific and something we take pride in. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or checking in with the staff at our actual hotel locations. It’s a lot of back and forth. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, or the parking is a mess, but we manage. We just want to do our job well and keep the business running. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours, and we’re happy with it.
