SATYAJEET BUILDCON LLP has its office in the Baner area of Pune. We are located in the El Premiero building, specifically in flat number 301. It is on the third floor, which is nice because it gets us a bit away from the noise of the street level. Baner is a fast-growing place, and the area around Survey Number 112/1/2/3 is always busy with new projects and people moving in. Our office still feels a bit like an apartment, which makes it a relaxed place to work. We have desks set up in what used to be the living room and bedrooms. There is usually a pot of tea going in the small kitchen area. We spend our time looking over blueprints and managing the logistics of our various building sites. It is not a place for suits and ties. Most of us just wear casual clothes and get on with whatever needs doing that day. The balcony gives us a view of the surrounding neighborhood, and you can see the skyline changing all the time. It is a straightforward setup for a buildcon company. We do not have any corporate polish or fancy marketing materials lying around. We just focus on the plans on the table and the phone calls that need to be made. It is a regular office for regular people who know the local construction scene well. We find that working this way keeps things simple and honest.
