You can find us at Shop No-6 in the Gera 77 building. We are right next to Bishop School in Yerwada. It’s actually a pretty good spot because everyone knows the school, so it’s easy to give directions. We’ve been here for a while now. The shop isn’t huge, but it fits our desks and a small area for people to sit when they come by. Satya Properties is basically just a local operation. We spend a lot of time looking at houses and shops around Yerwada. The area has changed quite a bit with all the new buildings going up, but we try to keep up with it. Sometimes the noise from the school kids during break time is a lot, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It's just us answering the phone and showing people around different properties. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea, and other days we are out on the field from morning until night. Yerwada is a busy place and being at Gera 77 keeps us right in the thick of it. We just try to be honest about what’s available and what’s not. There isn't any fancy philosophy here. We just show up, open the shop, and do the work that needs doing. If we aren't in the shop, we’ve probably just stepped out to show a flat nearby. There is a small sign on the door with our mobile number if that happens.
