We’ve been here at 1/12 Ganeshapuram for a while now, tucked away on 3rd Street just off Cenotaph Road. It’s a busy little corner, and if you’re trying to find us, you just have to look for the building that always seems to have people coming and going. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done and manage the food side of things. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it a bit of a trek to get in, but once you’re here, it’s quiet enough to focus. We’ve got a small team, and most of us have been around long enough to know the names of everyone on the block. Usually, the mornings start with a quick check of what’s coming in and what needs to go out. We don’t really do the big corporate meetings or anything like that. Instead, we just grab some tea and talk through what needs doing for the day. There’s always paperwork piled up on someone’s desk, and the phones don't stop ringing much during the afternoon. It gets pretty hot in the summer, so the fan is always running in the corner. We try to keep things moving as best as we can without making too much of a fuss. It’s just how we operate. We’re just regular folks trying to run a decent business here in the city.
