Saptasur Music Academy Private Limited

Our music academy is called Saptasur and you can find us at Katraj. The address is a bit long with the H No 1029 and S No 16, Hissa No 1/129, but we are basically in Waghjai Nagar. It’s a more residential part of the city, which makes it a nice place for a music school. We have different rooms for different instruments. Sometimes you can hear a sitar in one room and someone practicing vocals in another. It’s not a soundproof studio or anything, so the sounds all kind of mix together in the hallway. It’s a very homey vibe. We don't have a formal reception or a fancy lobby. People just walk in, take off their shoes, and start their lessons. Katraj can be a bit of a trek for people living in the main city, but the air is a bit better here. We have students of all ages. Sometimes the kids are running around the house before their class starts. We just focus on the music. It’s a private limited company on paper, but it feels more like a family-run hobby that grew into a business. We don’t have a big website or a social media manager. Most of our students are kids from the neighborhood or people who heard about us from their friends. We just like teaching music and keeping the traditions going in our own small way.
