SAPPHIRE PREMIUM BUILD DREAMS LLP

We’ve been based out of Vishrantwadi for a while now. If you know Sr. No. 83, right there on Alandi Road in Kalas, that is where we set up SAPPHIRE PREMIUM BUILD DREAMS LLP. It is a busy part of Pune, especially with all the traffic heading toward the temples or out of town. Most days start with a lot of noise outside our window, which just seems normal now. There is a small team of us here. We spend a lot of time looking over drawings and dealing with phone calls from sites. It is not a fancy setup. We have desks that have seen better days and a kettle that barely works, but it gets the job done. The area around Mhaske Wasti has changed so much since we first arrived. There are more shops now and the roads are wider, though the potholes still show up every monsoon like clockwork. We don't really do the big corporate meetings. It is more about sitting down with a cup of tea and figuring out what needs to happen by the end of the week. Sometimes things get messy with the paperwork, but we manage. People stop by often just to ask directions because of where we are located on the main road. Being part of this Kalas neighborhood feels right. It is dusty and loud, but it is home for the business. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever project is currently on the table.
