Sapna Hotel

Sapna Hotel is located on Jangali Maharaj Road, or JM Road as everyone calls it here in Pune. We are right next to Sambhaji Park, which is a nice bit of green in this busy part of the city. Being in Deccan means there is always a crowd outside. We have been here at 573/7 for a long time. It is a busy spot, and we stay busy too. We have people coming in for rooms and people coming in just to eat. The building has seen many years, and we do our best to keep it up. It is not one of those new glass hotels. It has a regular feel to it. We deal with the usual stuff like plumbing issues or light bulbs burning out at the wrong time. Our staff is just regular people who live around here. We don't have a corporate handbook for how to talk to people. We just say hello and help them with their bags or their order. On weekends, JM Road gets packed with people going to the park or shopping, so it gets quite loud. We just keep the doors open and keep things moving. We don't make big claims about being the best. We just focus on the work that needs doing today. It is a simple business in a very famous part of Pune, and we are happy just to be part of the neighborhood.
