Our place is Plot No E-4 in Chakan Industrial Area Phase-3. It’s a huge site, which makes sense because we deal with heavy machinery. You can’t miss the big yellow excavators and cranes parked out on the lot near Kuruli Taluka Road. The dust out here in Chakan is no joke, especially when the wind picks up. We spend most of our time out in the yard or in the big assembly bays. It’s a loud place with the sound of metal hitting metal and engines starting up. We don’t really do the whole "polished office" thing. Even the folks in the office usually have a bit of dirt on their shoes. It’s the kind of environment where you need a hard hat more than a suit. We deal with big equipment that does the heavy lifting for construction projects all over. The guys on the floor are usually busy with welding or fixing hydraulic lines. We have a lot of parts moving in and out every day on big trailers. It’s a lot of logistics and heavy labor. We don't have time for long speeches or mission statements. We just focus on getting the machines ready and shipped out to the people who are waiting for them. The commute out to Phase-3 can be a bit rough, but once you’re here, there’s always plenty of work to keep everyone occupied until the sun goes down. We usually end the day checking the gate logs and making sure the big gear is secure.
