We are located out on the Akluj Pandharpur Road, right near the Orien Computer place in Malewadi. Most folks know the spot because it’s a busy stretch of road and there is always something going on. At Santosh Glass And Aluminium House, the shop is usually filled with stacks of glass sheets and long pieces of aluminium frame leaning against the walls. It gets a bit crowded inside when we have a lot of stock delivered. We spend most of our time cutting glass to size or putting together frames for windows and doors. The floor usually has some scraps on it by noon, but we try to keep it clear so nobody trips. Being near Sholapur means it gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so we keep the doors open to catch whatever breeze comes off the road. We aren't a big corporate chain with a shiny showroom. It’s just a practical workspace where we get the cutting and assembly done. People stop by when they need a replacement pane or if they are building something new nearby. We’ve been here in Akluj for a bit, and we know the neighbors pretty well. Dealing with glass means you have to be careful and steady, so that is what we focus on every day. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy from morning until we close up for the night.
