Santosh Bandal Construction LLP is run out of our office at Success Square Complex, specifically Flat 301. We’re right there at Karve Putala Square in Kothrud, which is a busy spot but we like it. You can find us next to the Mrutyunjay Mandir. Kothrud is where we do most of our things, and being at No 157/2 and 157/1 puts us right in the middle of the action here in Pune. We’ve been around for a bit, just handling different building projects and making sure things get done properly. It's not always easy work with the traffic and the noise, but we show up every day. The team is just local people who know the area well. We deal with the usual paperwork and site visits that come with being a construction outfit in a city like Pune. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded with blueprints and files, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy lobbies. It’s just us in a regular flat turned into an office space. We focus on the jobs we have and try to keep our clients updated on how the sites are progressing. Being in Kothrud means we see a lot of changes in the neighborhood, and we're just one of the many businesses trying to contribute to how the city looks. Nothing too flashy, just honest work from a local team at the square. We often have tea together while looking over the week's schedule.
