Our workspace is inside the Shriram Plaza building, specifically on the first floor where we share some space with Kotibhaskar Builders. We are right at the Ram Mandir Chowk on the Sangli Miraj Road. It is a very central location, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We handle development and infrastructure work under the name Sanskruti Infrastructures and Developers. It’s an LLP, which keeps things relatively simple for us. The office isn't very big, but it serves its purpose for our small team. We spend a lot of time talking to local contractors and checking on the progress of various sites. Sangli is a place where people know each other, so we try to keep things moving by just doing the work we said we would do. We don’t go in for big speeches or polished presentations. Usually, it is just us sitting around a table with some tea, looking at maps and schedules. The road outside can get backed up with traffic, which makes for a noisy background, but we don't mind it much anymore. Building things is a slow process and it requires a lot of patience. We have had our share of difficult days where nothing seems to go right, but that is just the nature of the industry. We just show up every day and try to get the next step finished so we can eventually move on to the next project without any drama.
