We are located near Bhumkar Chowk in Wakad, right by the My Car showroom. Sanskruti Contech Private Limited operates out of units 503 and 504 at Survey Number 131/1. It’s a busy area with a lot of new construction going on all around us. We fit right in because we are in the concrete and technology side of building. Our office is functional, with enough space for our engineers and the admin staff. Most of our day is spent coordinating with site teams and checking on the quality of materials. It can get pretty loud outside with the traffic from the highway and the local shops, but we don't mind. We have a very simple setup here. No big lobby or fancy furniture, just desks, computers, and a lot of technical manuals. We’ve been in the Pune market for a while and have seen Wakad grow quite a bit. We just focus on the engineering side of things and making sure the sites have what they need. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours sometimes, especially when a big pour is happening. We are just a group of professionals who like the technical part of construction. There is always a lot of dust from the nearby road works, but that’s just how it is in a developing part of the city. We keep a steady supply of tea and coffee to keep everyone going during the busy weeks. It is an honest, technical business.
