Sanskruti Bandhani House

We are located at Ganpati Chawk in the Sukhram Nagar part of Viman Nagar. Sanskruti Bandhani House is a place where we keep a lot of traditional prints and fabrics. The shop is not very big, but it is bright because of all the colors we have on the shelves. Being near Ganpati Chawk means there is always something happening outside, especially during the festivals. We have many stacks of bandhani cloth that we have to keep tidy, though they often get messy when we are showing them to people. Viman Nagar is a modern area, but our shop feels a bit more old-fashioned. We do things the way they have been done for a long time. There is a small counter where we do the cutting and the packing. Sometimes the smell of the dyes is still on the fabric when it arrives. We do not have a fancy website or a big marketing team; we just talk to the people who walk in the door. Most of our customers are from the neighborhood or people who have heard about us from their friends. We spend a lot of our time making sure the patterns are right and the colors are what people are looking for. It is a quiet kind of work that takes a lot of patience. We like being in this part of town and seeing the familiar faces come by the chawk every day.
