SANJIVANI EDIFICE LLP

Our office is part of the Sanjivani Heights building in the Dehu Road area, which is out in Maval, Pune. We’re officially at survey number 61/2/1. It’s a bit of a drive from the main Pune city, but it’s a growing area with a lot of new buildings. We work on various edifice projects, mostly construction stuff. The office is where Girish Bhaidas Patil and the rest of the team handle the planning. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the city center. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking to the crews on the ground. Sanjivani Edifice is basically just a group of us who know how to build things. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just get the contracts and try to build what is needed. Some days the weather in Maval is great, other days it’s a struggle with the rain. We’ve got a decent setup here and we’ve been working in the Maharashtra region for a while now. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure we have enough hands on deck for the bigger jobs. We just take the work as it comes and try to stay organized. It’s a practical business and we like being out here where there’s still room for new projects to start up. We hope to stay here for a long time and keep seeing the skyline grow.
