We are located in the Erandwane area of Pune, right near the Nal Stop. Our office for SANJAY PATIL BUILDCON LLP is number four in The Millenium building. If you are from Pune, you know how busy that intersection can get. We’ve been set up here for a while, working on various building projects across the city. It’s a small office, nothing too grand, but it serves us well for meeting with clients and going over blueprints. Our business is basically just a group of us trying to get these projects completed properly. We deal with all the usual stuff like permits, material costs, and managing the labor on site. Some days are longer than others, especially when we are nearing the end of a build. We don't really do the whole polished corporate routine. We prefer to talk to people directly and keep things clear. The Pune real estate scene is pretty active, so we stay busy. Often, you’ll find us out at a construction site rather than in the office because that’s where the real work happens. It’s important to see things with your own eyes. We have had our share of challenges, like everyone else in this business, but we just keep moving forward. It’s about building things that last and making sure we do right by the people who hire us. There is no magic to it, just a lot of consistent effort and showing up every day.
