Sanjay Metal Corporation

Our place, Sanjay Metal Corporation, is located at Raviwar Peth 250. Raviwar Peth is the heart of the old market, so there is never a dull moment. There are people shouting, bells ringing, and the constant sound of metal hitting metal. We are at number 250, and the shop is filled with various metal goods from floor to ceiling. It can be a bit overwhelming for someone who isn't used to it. We spend our days tracking orders and making sure the right stuff goes to the right people. It’s a lot of manual labor, but we are used to it by now. We don't have any polished floors or air conditioning. We just have a couple of fans that move the warm air around. Most of the time, we are busy loading or unloading trucks that struggle to navigate the narrow Peth streets. We've been at 250 for quite a while, and the walls show the age of the building. We keep our records in thick registers, writing everything down by hand. It feels more real that way. When the festival season comes, the whole area gets even more crowded, and we just have to work around the celebrations. We enjoy the chaos of the market. It’s just us and the metal, trying to make a living in this busy corner of the city. We don't need any big posters or fancy words to get through the day.
