Saniket Projects Llp

Our office for Saniket Projects Llp is located in Erandwane, right on Lane No 6 of Prabhat Road. We are in Saniket House, specifically Flat No 101. It’s a bit of a specific address with the Cts No 37/6F and P. No 33/6A bits, but once you’re on Lane 6, it’s easy enough to spot the building. Being on the ground floor or first level makes things easy for coming and going. Prabhat Road is one of those nicer parts of town with a lot of trees and a bit more quiet than the main markets. We like it here because it feels more like a home than a sterile office. The flat has been set up with our desks and files, and we spend most of our hours here. It’s a small operation, really. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby with magazines; usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a computer. The space works for us and fits the kind of work we do. We’ve been in Saniket House for a good stretch of time now. The neighbors in the other flats are mostly quiet, which helps when we’re trying to focus. It’s just a practical place to run Saniket Projects Llp from, right in the heart of Erandwane. We focus on the projects and leave the fancy stuff to others. There is always a stack of blueprints or some site photos lying around the office.
