Our office is tucked away in the Ashoka Centre on Valbhat Road in Goregaon East. When people come to see us at Ashoka Centre, we usually just offer them a chair and start looking through our listings. It isn't a high-pressure environment here. We just show what is available on the market and let people decide for themselves. Most of the work is just phone calls and visiting different sites to check on the condition of the properties. It is a basic routine of opening the shutters in the morning and closing them once the sun goes down.
