We are located in the Metropol Building, right next to the Inox Multiplex on Bund Garden Road. Our office is S 3A on Plot D 1. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you’re in that part of town. The building is usually quite busy with people coming and going from the cinema or the other offices. We have a small space here where we manage different premises and properties. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, dealing with the daily admin work. We aren't one of those big firms with a hundred employees. It’s a small team and we all do a bit of everything. Bund Garden Road is always moving, and we like being right in the middle of it. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but we’ve gotten used to it. We spend a lot of time talking to tenants and making sure the buildings we look after are in okay shape. There’s always something that needs fixing or a lease that needs signing. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just try to keep things running smoothly for everyone involved. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on maintenance issues. If you’re ever near the Inox, you’re basically right at our doorstep. We’ve been in this building for some time and it suits us just fine. Most days are long, but we like being part of the city's commercial life around this area and meeting the neighbors.
