Sangam Dairy

Sangam Dairy is right on the S P Main Road in Phursungi. It’s a place that stays busy, especially in the early mornings when the milk starts arriving. We deal with milk, curd, and other dairy things that people need for their homes. The floor is usually wet from cleaning, and there's always the smell of fresh milk in the air. It’s a simple building with big refrigerators that hum all day and night. We don't have a fancy store layout. It's mostly just the counters and the storage area. The traffic on Main Road is constant, so we see a lot of people stopping their bikes quickly to grab a packet of something and then heading off to work. We start very early, before the sun is even up, to make sure everything is ready for the morning rush. It’s a lot of heavy lifting with the crates, and our backs usually ache by the afternoon. We don’t do any big promotions. Our customers are just the people living in Phursungi who want their milk. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to scramble to keep things cold, but that’s just part of the job. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the people who walk through the door by name. It’s just a regular dairy doing regular business every day for the community here.
