Sanas Developers Private Limited has its main spot over in Hadapsar, at St. Patricks Town. It is a decent area of Pune, 411013 to be exact. We have been working from here for some time now. Most of our work involves development projects around the city. It’s a lot of running around from one site to another, then coming back here to finish up the files. Hadapsar is always crowded, so getting anywhere takes longer than you think it will. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to meet and talk about upcoming jobs. We have a few people on the team who have lived in Pune their whole lives. The address is 56, St. Patricks Town, and it’s a fairly quiet place once you get inside. We handle a lot of the usual construction stuff. Sometimes the rains slow us down, especially during the monsoon months, but we do what we can. People in the area know us mostly by word of mouth. We don't really do big ads or anything. It is just about doing the work and moving on to the next thing. The office can get a bit messy with all the maps and plans lying around, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the projects we have at hand and try to keep things simple for everyone involved. We are just local developers doing our thing in Pune.
