Samved Energy Systems Pvt Ltd is situated at El-8 in the J Block of the Bhosari MIDC. Since we are in an industrial area, the surroundings are mostly factories and large sheds. It’s a noisy and busy place with trucks moving in and out all day long. Our unit is a standard industrial space. We have a small office area up front and the rest is taken up by our equipment and stock. It’s definitely not a place for a fancy meeting. The floors are concrete and there is usually some grease or dust around because of the work we do. We don't have any marketing people; it’s just us doing the technical work. Most of our days are spent handling various energy systems and making sure everything is working like it should. It can get very loud when the machines in the neighboring units are running. We’ve been here for a good while and have gotten used to the industrial pace. Sometimes we eat our lunch at the desks because there is just too much to do. We don't follow a strict corporate schedule; we just work until the day’s tasks are finished. It’s a gritty, hands-on kind of business. We prefer it this way because we can stay close to the actual hardware. If you come by, expect a bit of a walk from the gate and the sound of heavy metal clanging.
