Laxminagar is a busy place, and being near the Pruthviraj Floor Mill means there's always activity around our shop. We are at Gat. No. 628 in Daxin Moshi. It’s not a fancy office at all. Most of the time, the desks are covered in technical drawings or spare parts for various cranes. We spend our hours looking at components and figuring out why things aren't moving the way they should. It’s technical work but we try to keep it simple when explaining things to people. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been around machinery most of our lives. If you walk past the mill, you'll see our sign. The floor is usually a bit dusty from the mill nearby, but we don't mind much. We just focus on the cranes. Sometimes it’s a bit loud with the trucks passing by, but that is just part of the neighborhood. We don't do any big advertising. Word usually just gets around. People know us as the guys to talk to if a component fails or if they need a bit of advice on their lifting setup. We stay busy with the local projects. It’s a practical way to spend the day, really. We just take one job at a time and try to get it right. There isn't any corporate ladder here, just us working in Moshi. It's a bit greasy at times, but that's the job.
