Our office is located over in Kharadi, specifically in the Marvel Zaphyr building. We are up on the twelfth floor in building F. It’s a nice enough spot in Pune, and the view from the window is alright when you actually have a minute to look out. Most of the time, we’re too busy staring at project schedules or talking to people on the phone. Kharadi has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings going up, and we are right in the middle of it. We started this project firm because there was a lot of work to do in the city. It’s not a huge team, just a handful of us making sure things don't fall through the cracks. We deal with various project details every day, mostly related to construction and development. Sometimes things get messy with deadlines or supply issues, but that is part of the job. We don’t have a big reception desk or someone in a suit greeting you. You just walk into flat 1201 and you’ll find us working. Usually, there’s a lot of paper everywhere and someone is probably complaining about the Pune traffic. We try to keep things simple and honest. Being based in a residential-style building makes it feel more relaxed than those big glass towers downtown. It works for us, and it’s been our home base for a good bit now. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
