Saiyaara Associates Private Limited

We have been at our spot in Kumar Parijat for a while now. It is building B, flat 6, if you are looking for us on NIBM Road. Kondhwa has changed quite a bit since we started Saiyaara Associates Private Limited, but we are still right here. Usually, the office is pretty busy with paperwork and people coming in to talk about properties or whatever they need help with. It is not a fancy setup, just a regular place where we get work done every day. Sometimes the traffic on NIBM road gets a bit much, but that is just Pune for you. We mostly deal with local folks who know the area or are moving into these new buildings nearby. There are four or five of us here most days, keeping track of different projects. It gets noisy sometimes with the construction around Kondhwa, but we do not mind it. We just focus on the task at hand. If someone stops by, we usually have some chai and get through the lists we need to finish. It is a straightforward operation. We do not really do the big flashy office thing. We prefer just sitting down at our desks and making sure the files are in order. The address is 15/5, near the main road, so it is not too hard to find once you know the building name. We have stayed in this part of Pune because it feels like home to us.
