We are based over at Sr No. 16/6, right across from the Savali Dhabananded Fata in the Nande area. It’s part of Tal Haveli on Sinhagadroad. Most days start pretty early for us here because the road gets busy with people heading into the city or out toward the hills. This spot is easy enough to find if you know where the Fata is. We’ve been working out of this location for a while now, dealing with all the usual construction stuff that comes up. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical office where we keep our tools and paperwork. The weather here in Nande can get pretty hot during the summer months, which makes site visits a bit of a chore, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We mostly handle local projects nearby. People stop by sometimes just to ask about what is being built down the road. It feels like a good spot to be because you can see everything that is changing in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans on the big table. There is always noise from the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. If you are looking for us, look for the sign near the turn-off. We try to keep things simple and just get the work done without making a big fuss about it.
