Saijanhavi Shelters LLP is a small outfit located in Pune. Our address is House Number 192, which is part of Survey Number 137, 3 A. We are located near Madhuraj Nagar. This is in the 411004 area of Pune. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to some of the really busy parts of the city, which is nice. We spend our time on shelters and housing projects. Our office is basically just a room where we keep all our files and meet with people. It’s not very fancy, just some chairs and a desk. We’ve been working from this location for some time now. There is always something to do, whether it’s checking on a site or talking to someone about a project. Most of us are local to Pune and have lived here for years. We know the area around Madhuraj Nagar pretty well. The day-to-day is mostly just handling the administrative side of things and making sure our plans are actually happening. It’s not always easy, and sometimes there are delays with things we can't control. We just try to be honest about it and keep working. It’s a simple business, really. We don't have any big fancy speeches or mission statements. We just work on the shelters and try to do a decent job of it every day. That’s how we operate here in the city.
