We are over in Bhosari, at Glorious Park. Our office is in the B wing, flat number 10, on plot 67 in Sector 3. It’s a busy area with a lot of industrial activity nearby. We focus on infra and buildcon projects. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers and rolls of drawings. We spend a lot of time talking to engineers and checking on progress. Bhosari is a good place to be for this kind of work because everything is accessible. We have a small team where everyone does a bit of everything. One day I might be looking at accounts, and the next day I’m out at a site checking the foundation. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just try to make sure the buildings are safe and the work is done properly. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or a machine breaking down. We just deal with it and move on. It’s practical work. The Glorious Park area is always buzzing with people. We are on the tenth floor, so we get a decent view of the surroundings, even if it's just more roofs. We have a lot of old binders filled with project details from years ago. It’s a bit of a maze in here sometimes. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. Most of our clients come to us because they heard about us from someone else. We just focus on the actual work.
