We are situated in the Medipoint Heritage building, specifically at B-9 in the Aundh area with the pincode 411007. Aundh is a pretty active part of town, and being in the Medipoint Heritage complex means there are always people moving around nearby. Our setup is simple and we do not go in for any of the polished corporate branding you see in the bigger hotels. It is a basic building where we focus on the everyday tasks of keeping things running. We spend a lot of time checking the rooms, making sure the linens are sorted, and helping people find their way when they first arrive. The street outside can get a bit crowded with parked cars, but once you get inside, it is a bit more settled. We do not have a huge team, so everyone ends up doing a little bit of everything, whether that is answering the door or fixing something that broke. It is a practical business and we keep our language simple because that is just who we are. We have been here in Aundh for a while and we know the local shops and the best ways to avoid the traffic. Most of our guests are just looking for a straightforward place to stay without a lot of unnecessary complications. We try to provide that in an honest way, day in and day out, without any big promises or fancy talk.
