Sai Estate Developers

We run Sai Estate Developers from an office at 208/210 Lullanagar. It’s located in the B Sector of Yelahanka New Town, specifically near the 3rd B Cross. The area has changed a lot since we first started working here, with new things popping up all the time. Our space is pretty basic, just a few tables where we spread out maps and documents to look at. We spend our days talking to people about land and buildings. It’s a lot of back and forth on the phone. The office isn't decorated with anything special, just the necessary files and a calendar on the wall. We have a small kettle for making coffee when things get busy. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, and it takes us a day or two to get through it all. We are right in the middle of a residential block, so it’s usually quiet enough to focus on the numbers. People stop by to ask about property prices or just to see what’s available in the neighborhood. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. We just know the local area well and talk to people honestly. It’s a small operation with just a couple of us handling everything. The chairs in the waiting area are a bit mismatched, but they’re comfortable enough for a quick chat. We’ve stayed in Lullanagar because we like the community here. It’s just a regular place for work.
