We are based out of Ravet in Pune, specifically over at Shinde Wasti near Dehuroad. It is a growing area with a lot of construction happening all around us. Our address is at survey number 191. It’s not in the middle of the main city, so things feel a bit different out here compared to being in the center of Pune. We handle building projects and land stuff. Most of the day is spent on the phone or meeting with people who are interested in what’s being built in the Taluka Haweli region. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few tables and some maps on the wall showing the different plots. It gets quite dusty sometimes because of all the road work and new buildings going up nearby, but we just keep the doors shut and keep working. Dealing with the paperwork for Ravet and Dehuroad keeps us busy most weeks. It’s a local operation, and we know the neighbors and the local shops pretty well. We aren’t a big firm with hundreds of employees, just a small group trying to get these lifespaces sorted out. It’s honest work and the days go by fast. Usually, we are out visiting the actual sites instead of just sitting inside all day. It’s a practical way to run things. We just focus on what’s right in front of us and try to keep things moving along.
