Sahyadri Solar

Sahyadri Solar is based out of A/1 Trimurti Niwas in the Hadapsar area. It’s more of a home-office setup than a big corporate building. We like it that way because it keeps things simple and low-key. Hadapsar is a busy place, but our little corner is relatively calm compared to the main market. We have been working out of this spot for several years now. Most of the time, the living room area is taken over by files and samples of solar panels. It can get a bit cluttered, especially when we have several projects going on at once. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. Usually, if a customer comes by, we just sit around the table and talk things through. It’s a very informal atmosphere. My family is often around, so you might hear the sounds of a normal household in the background. We handle all the work ourselves, from taking the orders to checking the equipment. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes we have to move things around just to find a place to sit. We don't mind the mess though; it means we are working. People in the neighborhood know us as the solar folks. We just try to get through our list of tasks every day without too much fuss and bother. It keeps us on our toes and the days go by pretty fast for everyone here.
