We are Sahntai Developers Pvt Ltd. Our office is located on the Pune Satara Road area, specifically at Phule Corner. If you’re familiar with the Begur Main Road or Madivala, you might have seen us. We are situated right above Panchami Restaurant. It’s actually quite handy because the smell of food is always around. We are also near the Sai Baba Temple, which is a major landmark for anyone trying to find us. Working in development means we are often looking at plans or dealing with site issues, but this office is where it all starts. It’s a bit of a climb up to the office, but it’s a solid space. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. Just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. The team at Sahntai Developers is pretty small, and we’ve been working together for a while. We know the local area well since we spend so much time here. The traffic on Pune Satara Road can be a nightmare sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just try to do honest work and keep our clients happy without making a big scene. It's a local business through and through. We are just regular people trying to build something decent here at Phule Corner near Madivala. Sometimes the rainy season slows our projects down, but we just keep at it until the job is done.
