Sahaz Technocraft Engg Pvt Ltd is based at 56/10 in the D 2 Block of the Chinchwad M I D C area. Since we are in an industrial zone, the whole neighborhood is filled with factories and workshops. Our place is no different, with a lot of metal parts and tools lying around. We spend our days working on engineering projects, which usually involves a lot of noise from the machines and the smell of grease. It is the kind of place where you have to wear sturdy shoes and not mind getting your hands a bit dirty. The building has been here for years, and we have a routine that we follow every morning when the gates open. We have a small office area for the paperwork, but most of the action happens on the floor where the actual work is being done. It can get quite hot in the middle of the day, especially with the machines running, but we just keep the fans going and stay focused. We don't have any marketing people or a fancy lobby; we just have the guys who know how to build and fix things. It is a practical environment where the main goal is to finish the day's tasks and get the orders ready for transport. The trucks come in and out of the M I D C blocks all day, making it a very busy place to be.
