Sahadeo Buildcon Private Limited

We are located in the Pashan area of Pune, right in Someshwarwadi at Floor 1, Survey Number 16/B/1. The building is called Sahadeo High. It is a nice enough area with a bit of greenery still left, which is a change from the more crowded parts of the city. Our office is not very big, but it is where all the planning for our construction projects happens. We have a few desks pushed together and a wall covered in project schedules. Since we are on the first floor, we can see the street clearly. It is mostly people going about their business or heading to the nearby temples. We have been working from this spot for a while now. The team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking the site reports. We do not have a fancy lobby or a guard at the front desk. It is just a door with our name on it. Pashan has grown a lot lately, and we have seen many new buildings go up around us. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the technical side of building. Sometimes we have meetings with the contractors right there in the small kitchen area because the main table is covered in blueprints. It is a very practical way to work. We are just local builders trying to do a decent job without making too much noise about it.
